How to Modify Exercises for Bad Knees

When you have an artificial knee or bad knees, there is no more running, jumping or high impact exercise moves anymore – unless you want to have to go through that surgery again.  The modifications that I demonstrate here prove that you can still get a good workout without running or jumping!  Want to read about my knee replacement surgery journey? I chronicled from the time I hurt my knee until I got back into doing my daily workouts here: http://getfitnowwithcheryl.com/fitness-journey/fitness-restless-leg-syndrome-and-my-knee-replacement-part-i

If you have any other moves that you’ve had to modify and would like to share, please do! And, if you have any questions, please comment below too.
